Recruitment and Revenue Coordinator

This is an exciting time to join the Coro Northern California team, as we’re launching into our 80th year of working to train, support, and connect leaders to foster a thriving democracy and tackle society’s biggest challenges together. The Recruitment and Revenue Coordinator is an integral part of Coro’s External Affairs Team. This position will be responsible for recruiting stellar participants for our civic engagement programs. In addition to recruitment responsibilities, this position will work to secure and manage relationships with program placement hosts, establishing key partnerships for our organization.


YOUR OPPORTUNITY FOR IMPACT

Recruitment 

  • Serve as the primary recruiter for our esteemed civic engagement programs including the Fellows Program in Public Affairs, Women in Leadership, Lead Bay Area, Exploring Leadership, and our San Francisco District Youth Leadership Academies 
  • Manage Coro’s use of LinkedIn Recruiter, support relationships with key community partners, and activate the Coro network


Candidate and participant experience

  • Support potential participants through the application process.
  • Manage program internship placements; including pipeline & prospect research and  meeting revenue targets, 
  • Coordinate program selection activities for Exploring Leadership and the Fellows Program in Public Affairs: including day-long interview processes for multiple candidates and judges.


External affairs support

  • Support the External Affairs Team with Salesforce Database management.
  • Actively participate in Coro staff meetings and retreats, communications, and project management, including contributing to partnership proposals, program reports, conference presentations, and other strategic and administrative projects.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

  • Comfort in dealing with ambiguity.
  • Comfortable with using/learning a variety of platforms such as (but not limited to) Salesforce, Google Suite, Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Asana.
  • Familiarity with Coro’s programs and interest in Coro’s mission.


Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Experience managing events.
  • Experience working with Coro as a participant, client, or field staff.

You will support hundreds, and possibly thousands, of people to advance their capacity to tackle society’s biggest challenges and contribute to a thriving democracy. 


This role in particular has an exciting opportunity to help define and expand Coro’s recruitment efforts. This role will help create a more streamlined and collaborative workflow to maintain and expand our alumni base and roster of program partners. 

POSITION LOGISTICS

This is a full-time role. The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $74,000 annually. Our benefits include medical, dental, 401k match and a generous PTO/flexible work policy.

This is a Bay Area based position. While we currently work both at home and in the office, the role will require being in-person a minimum number of days/week at our Downtown San Francisco location, as well as as needed for program and recruiting related activities. Additionally, the Coro team gathers monthly in person at locations across the immediate Bay Area.
