Senior Manager, Community Programs & Partnerships

Are you a dynamic mental health clinician skilled in developing and facilitating innovative and engaging community programs? Do you have a passion for cultivating partnerships to expand service delivery? Are you a motivational leader who inspires your team to achieve their goals? Jewish Community Services, a large non-profit human services organization, is seeking a Senior Manager of Community Programs & Partnerships.

In this exciting position, you will:

  • Oversee development and expansion of community programs, including psychoeducational and support groups, workshops, consultation services, and presentations that address current and emerging needs. 
  • Actively build partnerships with community organizations, schools, businesses, congregations, external professionals, and referral agents to expand the agency’s service delivery and generate revenue.
  • Supervise program and administrative staff.
  • Facilitate programs and provide select services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, programs, and administrative units across the agency to achieve organizational and program-specific goals.
  • Participate in the operational and fiscal management of the organization as a member of the Senior Management Team.

Education & Experience

  • Master’s degree in a mental health field and professional licensure.
  • At least 7 years clinical experience.
  • Successful work experience in a leadership and supervisory role.

  • Proven ability to cultivate internal and external partnerships to benefit service delivery
  • Outcomes-oriented; excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Working knowledge of Jewish customs, traditions, and values
