RunningBrooke is sparking a movement revolution across Alexandria by integrating creative and sustainable movement practices and programs into the school day.

The research is in and it’s no surprise: Physical activity throughout the day helps kids focus on their schoolwork. Movement builds more than muscles; it primes the brain so it’s ready, willing, and able to learn. Experts also see lower incidences of ADHD, depression, and obesity when kids get the exercise they need; plus, it’s fun!
