Position: The Director of Global Programs is charged with developing, managing, and executing programming for IWF. Working directly with senior leadership, you will develop unique curated content for digital sessions and in-person events to include IWF’s major annual conferences, the World Leadership Conference and the Cornerstone Conference. Reporting to the IWF Chief Operating Officer, this position will be responsible for collaborating across teams to generate cross-cultural programming that is timely, mission-driven and of interest to the global membership of IWF and its network of partners. Responsibilities will include:
Qualifications: The position calls for a highly-organized individual with a strong ongoing interest in global affairs, business, culture, and gender equity issues,. The Director of Global Programs should be a self-starter who has excellent project management and relationship building skills.
