Description

Finance & Operations Coordinator

GrubStreet is the leading literary arts center in the country. We are a hardworking and creative bunch, and pride ourselves on a warm and supportive work environment. GrubStreet seeks a full-time Finance & Operations Coordinator to manage the regular operations of GrubStreet’s headquarters, including financial support, office management, intern program management, and customer service.

Our ideal candidate doesn't have to be a finance whiz (yet!) but is someone who has both a passion for GrubStreet’s mission and is eager to learn the in’s and out’s of nonprofit operations. We want someone who is highly organized, has laser-sharp attention to detail, and maybe even finds themselves building spreadsheets for fun to organize their reading lists or vacation plans. This person should thrive on solving operational problems, mentoring interns, supporting our staff, and helping students access all Grub has to offer. We encourage POC, LGBTQ, people with disabilities, and other communities historically underrepresented in arts administration spaces to apply.
