Description

The Neighborhood Farmers Market Alliance is seeking a full time Manager of Finance and Administration who will provide leadership for finance, programs, human resources, administration, and grants. The Manager of Finance and Administration will work closely with the Executive Director and the Operations Manager, and the ideal candidate will have some experience in all of these fields, with at least 5 years of professional experience. We are seeking a motivated systems thinker, strategic partner, and energetic leader on behalf of all staff at the Neighborhood Farmers Market Alliance. Proven experience in data analytics, implementing new technologies, working with internal and external stakeholders, and human resources is a plus.


This is a fulltime, salaried position with benefits including health, dental and vision, 3 weeks PTO and a 401k match after 1 year. Salary DOE. Some evening and weekend work is required, as well as regular and ongoing market visits, including responsibility for being “on call” for market emergencies on a rotating basis.
