The Board of Directors and the University Community invite nominations and applications for President of the National University of Natural Medicine.

Founded in 1956 and located in Oregon near the heart of the beautiful Pacific Northwest city of Portland, National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) is the oldest accredited naturopathic medical school established in North America. NUNM continues its vision of innovation and leadership by offering superior education and training in natural medicine. Our programs blend traditional healing knowledge with modern science in challenging curricula. NUNM offers degree programs in naturopathic medicine, Chinese medicine, integrative medicine research, nutrition, global health, integrative mental health, and integrative health sciences.

The President is the Chief Executive Officer of the University and reports directly to the Board of Directors. Reporting to the President are the Provost, the Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Development Officer. The Board and University community seek a dynamic leader who is enthusiastic about natural medicine and committed to support the institutional mission. While a background in natural medicine and/or health sciences is appropriate, the University also wishes to attract individuals with significant administrative and fundraising experience in higher education. The successful candidate will have a collaborative management style, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and possess and earned doctorate.
