HOURS:

Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Monday - Friday, 9:00am 5:30pm

 

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducts comprehensive clinical record reviews and other internal quality reviews of transitional, permanent housing and day treatment programs with a specific focus on Medicaid and the State Office of Mental Health requirements
  • Stays abreast of funding and regulatory changes
  • Ensures, with program clinical and management staff, that clinical records meet all relevant funding and licensure requirements
  • Prepares written audit reports
  • Assists program staff in preparation for external audits and program reviews
  • Prepares written reports of findings and activities
  • Assists with audit related training
  • Performs special projects and related duties as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

BA required in related field such as Psychology, Social Work, Sociology etc. Masters preferred. Background in charting and medical records management preferred. Computer literacy required.
