The Legal Administrative Assistant (LAA) provides a full range of administrative and program support for the legal department of the Conservancy’s West-Central Division. This position is supervised by a senior attorney and works with multiple attorneys and legal support staff in Minneapolis as well as in other Conservancy offices.
This position is full-time, non-exempt and requires a minimum of an Associate’s degree and 1 year related experience or equivalent combination. Also required is experience with providing administrative support, managing diverse activities to meet deadlines and experience writing, editing and proofreading written materials. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel are also required. Cross-cultural experience is appreciated.
This position will be based in a Conservancy office in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Applications should include a cover letter.
The salary range for this position is $35,000 - $39,000, depending on qualifications.
