About ARTZ Philadelphia
ARTZ Philadelphia is a 13-year-old non profit that connects people living with dementia and their care partners through the power of the arts. Partnering with museums, arts centers, and other cultural organizations, we create inclusive, joyful experiences that preserve the dignity and foster the creativity of all participants in our programs while creating caring community.
We have a budget of under $400,000, a staff of four, a board of twelve, a cohort of contract facilitators, and a dedicated community of volunteers.
As we launch our Fund for the Future Campaign – a multi-year effort to strengthen staff capacity, expand community outreach, and build long-term sustainability – we are seeking a dynamic Development Coordinator to lead the growth of our fundraising efforts as we shape our next chapter.
Position Overview
The Development Coordinator will collaborate with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and Campaign Committee to successfully grow ARTZ Philadelphia’s operating budget while implementing our Fund for the Future’s 3-4-year, $500,000 campaign. The primary focus of the role is prospect identification, donor outreach, campaign tracking, campaign event support, and CRM management, with a secondary focus on earned revenue.
