·      Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness

·      CRM or data entry experience


Primary Responsibilities

Support delivery of existing RMMFI Programming

  • Classroom Resource Development: Regularly review & propose improvements to update existing curriculum & educational materials, including facilitator guides, slide presentations, worksheets, video modules, etc.
  • Administrative Tasks: Coordinate with Trainers to support administrative & logistical functions such as course scheduling, material prep, event prep, entrepreneur evaluations, and document & data tracking

Design, Build & Deliver Educational Programs for Multiple Stakeholders

  • Execute test pilot programs at HQ or virtually, including direct facilitation and/or training other Trainers
  • Develop monthly ongoing educational workshop series, including selection of topics, content, resources, guest presenters, and direct facilitation
  • Work closely with team members to design & enhance additional Educational Program offerings for graduates as well as mentors.
  • Research & develop training materials to educate stakeholder groups on diversity, equity, & inclusion 
  • Work with the Regional Programs Manager on special projects as the need arises. Be a supportive team member to the Programs Team and other departments in the organization.
