La Maida Project (LMP) founded in 2019, is a nonprofit that is addressing the mental health crisis by empowering organizations to adopt an ecological approach to healing that improves the mental health of their teams and those they serve. LMP achieves its mission through experiential education and training. Grounded in neuroscience, psychology, and public health, the LMP Ecological Model is based on preventative, upstream solutions that are being expressed in real-world projects and programs. Since our inception, La Maida Project has evolved from an entrepreneurial organization in a research and development phase to a mature startup with strong operational infrastructure and governance. We are disrupting the mental health industry and working to rewrite the story of mental health and are ready to continue our growth and impact in the industry.
ABOUT THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR POSITION
The Executive Director will be responsible for leading the organization into its next phase of growth, scaling, and strategic partnership development. This role will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for LMP's staff, programs, expansion and execution of its mission, leading business decisions to drive organizational growth and results.
