JOB DESCRIPTION: The Familias Unidas (FaU) Community Organizer is responsible for effectively organizing Eastside public school parents, guardians, and other residents to take action on issues of Educational Justice. The ideal candidate will have advanced organizing skills to facilitate social justice-related campaigns with experience engaging community members, developing popular education curricula for adults, facilitating and coordinating adult leadership training, and knowledge of effective base-building.
