Weill Cornell Medicine’s Institute of Geriatric Psychiatry and Division of Geriatrics and Palliative Medicine is seeking per diem licensed psychotherapists with a Master’s Degree or better in social work, psychology or a related field. 

Therapists will provide research-related short-term psychotherapy and psycho-education to older adult subjects at an outpatient geriatric medical practice on the Upper East Side of Manhattan between the hours of 9am and 5pm on weekdays. Therapists will receive clinical supervision and participate in team meetings. 

Weekly hours will vary (about 7 hours/week) and will be determined by the number of subjects recruited in to the study each month. Interested and qualified therapists may be eligible to work on other psychotherapy studies being conducted by the Weill Cornell Institute of Geriatric Psychiatry.
