Power to Decide, the campaign to prevent unplanned pregnancy, believes that all young people should have the opportunity to pursue the future they want and realize their full possibility. These beliefs guide our work to ensure that all young people have the power to decide if, when, and under what circumstances to get pregnant and have a child. We provide objective, evidence-based information about sexual and reproductive health, and we work to guarantee equitable access to and information about the full spectrum of reproductive health options. We are a national, non-partisan organization that is committed to common ground, common sense solutions and catalyzing innovation in the public and private sectors.
The Administrative Coordinator is a part time position that is responsible for front office services and related activities for the organization. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Technology & Operations and assists with various support activities. The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for overall administrative and front office activities including receiving guests, processing mail, fulfillment, purchasing requests, and facilities matters. They will be responsible for coordinating internal meeting logistics and will often handle confidential and sensitive information. This position will be assigned special projects as needed.
The Administrative Coordinator is a part time position at 20 hours per week.

This is a non-exempt position.
