Join the Guest Services Team at The Franklin Institute, one of the leading science centers and museums in the country and the most visited museum in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We are looking for outgoing, and enthusiastic people to join us as we host the upcoming exhibition, Vikings: Beyond the Legend.
The ideal candidate will have superior customer service and communication skills. Customer service experience in an attraction venue is a plus.
The Greeter’s primary responsibility will be to ensure that our guests visiting the Museum are provided with information, directions and know about the activities around the museum. Greeters also assist students on field trips upon their arrival as well as scan tickets at the Vikings Exhibition entrance. Team members will provide excellent customer service and assist with our Guests as they plan their day visiting The Franklin Institute.
This is a temporary position through March 2019. Hours will vary, but mostly weekends and some evening work will be required. Schedules will mostly be 15-20 hours per week.
