Twin Falls Health Center Manager
PPGNHI’s Clinical Services Team is seeking a dynamic leader for our Twin Falls Health Center!
The Health Center Manager provides supervision to staff & oversees the day to day operations of the health center, including budgetary and productivity goals.
This is a part time exempt position at our Twin Falls Health Center (.60 FTE, M, W, F)
What you’ll be doing:
Supervising, trains, coaches, evaluates and hires health center staff.
Providing direct patient care; monitors quality of care and services; provides input and recommendations for planning of changes in procedures, protocols, and services
Maintaining efficient health center flow; maintains staff schedules; develops appointment schedules; monitors and adjusts appointment schedules for efficient health center flow and failed health center rates.
Providing community outreach and networks with community agencies to increase PPGNHI visibility and educate about PPGNHI services, and contributes to the team effort of the agency, thereby ensuring quality care and services for clients.
You’ll need to have:
BA/BS in related field preferred.
3 years of supervisory or management training and experience required or equivalent based on increase in position responsibilities and leadership experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications; experience with electronic health records
