The Associated: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Philanthropic Planning and Services (PPS) Coordinator to support the PPS Team by performing multifaceted administrative assignments.

A typical day might include the following:

  • Providing the Senior Vice President of Philanthropic Planning and Services and other team members support with internal/external meetings and events, including all logistical support and coordination.
  • Composing communications and documentation for new and amended funds.
  • Working closely with the Finance and Database Department to provide them with necessary information for new fund agreements, gifts and donor demographics. 
  • Tracking and analyzing fundraising and grantmaking activity to assist with reporting, benchmarking and measuring outcomes.
  • Coordinating the administration of planned gifts, including: Disbursements to annuitants; Record-keeping for trusts; Record-keeping for annuities

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are flexible and can easily adapt to change and learn new processes quickly
  • You are a team player, problem-solver, and exceptionally organized

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • Three to five years of work-related experience; familiarity working with foundations and other funding sources a plus.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management Software
  • Commitment and passion for The Associated’s mission
