    Description

    Villa Comunitaria is seeking a Case Management Supervisor to play a key role in the restructuring of our Direct Services and Referrals Department. Reporting to the Assistant Director, this position will oversee case management activities and lead a team providing critical support to community members. The ideal candidate will have experience in case management and staff supervision, with strong skills in data management, tracking, and follow-up.

    Responsibilities include developing systems for effective service delivery, training staff, handling service and referral inquiries, and directly supporting clients in navigating health and social service resources. The Case Management Supervisor will foster a welcoming environment for participants and staff, ensuring comprehensive support for programs like Care Connect Washington, housing, food access, childcare, education, and more. This position is essential for integrating services across departments and advancing the health and well-being of King County residents.
