The Housing Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the oversight of the day to day operations of the Domestic Violence Shelter: case management, housing, vocational/educational, and resources center workshops.
Have direct supervision of case managers. Facilitate client case conferences with case managers.
Facilitate direct contact with realtors, LINC, H.U.D programs, landlords, and local housing agencies.
Develop career goals, job search strategies, and interview skills.
Guide job development and career advancement skills.
Ensure clients develop accurate career goal plans, including current job availability.
Collect and maintain accurate data on employment related outcomes.
Facilitate job readiness and work trainings/workshops designed to assist clients who may have barriers to employment and/or may need additional assistance to become job ready.
Collaborate with the clients in working with participating agencies who may require wide-ranging and intensive job readiness assistance, thus resulting in more appropriate employment placement matches, and longer term employment placements.
Submit accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required.
Candidate must have Bachelor's degree in related field AND 3-5 years in experience.
