Zone 126 is currently looking to hire a Full-Time Data Entry Coordinator to enter individual client level data, along with whole-level program data into excel and the Apricot Database system. The Data Entry Coordinator will support running reports, and will look at program data to ensure a high level of quality to ensure accuracy and consistency. This person will support the launch of data entry processes at two new Neighborhood Community Schools.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

The Data Entry Coordinator will have the following primary responsibilities, but are not limited to:

·     enter data into Excel and Apricot Database Systems

·     review discrepancies in data received, and reconcile errors to ensure data accuracy

·     enter all data in a timely fashion and advise supervisor (Managing Director) of any issues that are data-related that may prevent accurate reporting

·     provide administrative support that includes filing, copying and mailing of data items

·     assist with events in which large amounts of data will be obtained

·     interact with Community Schools staff to ensure that improvements to the data procedure can be made

·     prepare data reports on a monthly basis, and quarterly basis, and as needed

·     maintain and manage identifiable student data in accordance with Z126 confidentiality policies


Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for someone who possess the following skills:

·     detail oriented

·     experience working with excel data files (data entry)

·     well organized

·     comfortable asking questions and asking for support from senior management and colleagues

·     able to work independently

·     proven ability to work in a fast-pace environment and think on their feet

·     Ability to organize, prioritize, and respond to deadlines while working on multiple tasks

·     Hiring is contingent upon DOE and DOH fingerprinting and background clearances
