FRESHFARM’s (FF) Food Access Program Coordinator will support the implementation and operations of FF’s local food access solutions in Washington, DC, Maryland, and northern Virginia. Working closely with the Food Access Senior Manager, the Coordinator will support partner and customer engagement, data collection and grant reporting, and other tasks. The Coordinator will also assist the Senior Manager in our FreshMatch Coalition work, helping the organization achieve our regional programming goals. Additionally, the Food Access Program Coordinator will work closely with the Food Access Senior Manager and cross-functionally with other FF staff to ensure an efficient and equitable food access program customer experience across both FF outlets and with non-FF collaborating organizations, supporting distribution of program supplies and communications. This position will report to the Food Access Senior Manager.

Applicants selected to advance should expect to participate in a 1 hour virtual interview. Finalists will then be asked to participate in a hiring exercise (paid time) and invited to a final 1 hour virtual interview. Our goal is for this candidate to start by early April 2025 at the latest.
