    Description

    FRESHFARM’s (FF) Food Access Program Coordinator will support the implementation and operations of FF’s local food access solutions in Washington, DC, Maryland, and northern Virginia. Working closely with the Food Access Senior Manager, the Coordinator will support partner and customer engagement, data collection and grant reporting, and other tasks. The Coordinator will also assist the Senior Manager in our FreshMatch Coalition work, helping the organization achieve our regional programming goals. Additionally, the Food Access Program Coordinator will work closely with the Food Access Senior Manager and cross-functionally with other FF staff to ensure an efficient and equitable food access program customer experience across both FF outlets and with non-FF collaborating organizations, supporting distribution of program supplies and communications. This position will report to the Food Access Senior Manager.

This position will report to the Food Access Senior Manager.

    • All full-time employees receive 11 annual holidays (8 hours each), 3 floating holidays per year, and accrue up to 73 hours annual sick leave and 80 hours of annual vacation leave (with increases after 3 and 6 years of service). This role will also be eligible for 12 weeks paid parental leave, 2 weeks prenatal leave (through DC paid family leave), and up to 10 days bereavement leave (as needed)
    • Typically, FRESHFARM offices close for a 1 week winter break, which includes paid time-off for salaried employees.
    • Eligible to enroll in 100% employer covered healthcare, as well as generous employer coverage for vision and dental and employer paid short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, AD&D and an employee assistance program (EAP).
    • Eligible to contribute to a 403b plan (opt-in; Roth or post-tax).
