Appalachian Voices is a nonprofit advocacy organization that brings people together to protect the land, air, and water of Central and Southern Appalachia and advance a just transition to a clean energy economy. We currently have 30 staff members located in offices in Charlottesville, Virginia, Norton, Virginia, Boone, North Carolina, Durham, North Carolina, and Knoxville, Tennessee.

Appalachian Voices seeks an accomplished writer and communicator to develop and deliver content that highlights and advances our programmatic strategies.
