MECA is hiring! This is a new position and involves managing our database and bookkeeping functions as well as varied office jobs.
Prior bookkeeping experience a must, preferably familiar with Quickbooks.
Candidate is expected to perform a variety of functions including bank deposits, accounts payable, payroll, donation data entry, customer service and will need to work well with a diverse team of employees in a fast-paced environment. Need to manage donor inquiries, drop in visits, cash management, pay and reconcile company credit cards, etc.
Proficiency with Excel necessary.
Highly motivated, flexible, team player required.
32-40 hours per week.

MECA works to protect the rights and improve the lives of children in the Middle East through aid, empowerment and education.
