The Life Coaching Project at Job Path supports young adults who have Autism /Asperger's reach their goals whether at college, at home, or out in the community. We are currently looking for open-minded, empathetic, responsible, and mature mentors to provide one on one support for individuals with Autism that live in Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and the Bronx.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following tasks:

  • Completing case notes and monthly summary notes on time
  • Providing individualized supports to connect people to their communities

We are specifically seeking a candidate that has in interest in one or more of the following: film, the arts, sports, marketing, or computers. You will support an individual to pursue goals related to one of these areas of interest.

You will be required to fill out a daily checklist which will be submitted monthly and to maintain good communication with the agency (Job Path) and family. No experience is required but you must be a caring and committed individual with a genuine desire to support and help others. Training and support will be provided.


High School graduate. College preferred. No experience and no certifications are required but you must be a caring and committed individual with a genuine desire to support and help others and sensitive to the needs and preferences of people with disabilities.
