Assistant for the Jean Monnet Center for International and Regional Economic Law and Justice


NYU School of Law seeks an assistant to provide executive support for a highly esteemed faculty whose teaching and research focus is on issues of European integration, globalization and democracy.

The assistant provides top-notch comprehensive (“soup to nuts”) administrative, logistical, and marketing support to faculty and center(s) including the Jean Monnet Center for International and Regional Economic Law and Justice


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Supporting academic work, organizing complex travel plans and events, and trouble shooting and coordinating programs and logistics
  • Providing front line reception, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings and processing reimbursements
  • Managing the paper flow for the editorial team of The International Journal of Constitutional Law

You might also have:

  • Non-profit and/or legal assistant experience
  • Knowledge of Photoshop
