We are seeking a committed and energetic Data & Evaluation Manager that can analyze, identify and implement strategies to improve program performance at the organization. The Data & Evaluation Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day work operations by establishing and managing data processes to accurately track comprehensive student information in an easily accessible form.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·     Oversee, manage and continuously develop the Apricot data base system

·     Develop systems, policies and procedures that are conducive to ensuring fast, easy, efficient and seamless data collection efforts

o  for school-based programs and community initiatives

·     Keep track of various funding sources and the metrics that need to be collected in order to achieve grant requirements

o  support staff in achieving their goals towards meeting metrics

·     Create data reports

o  weekly to be utilized during Leadership Team Meetings

o  monthly to support the Executive Director in reporting out to the Board of Directors

o  monthly to present at All Staff Meetings

·     Responsible for creating a check and balance for accuracy of all data inputs

·     Support the professional development growth of all staffers to expand their skills in data analysis

·     Responsible for supervising three part-time data aides

o  along with providing bi-monthly supervisions along with ongoing meetings to ensure the department is running efficiently

·     Be an active participant in Leadership Team Meetings

·     Perform other duties assigned

Qualification, Skills and Knowledge Requirements

·     Bachelor’s degree with two years of relevant experience in data management, and/or program management is a must

·     An analytical mindset with problem solving skills

·     Excellent communication and collaboration skills

·     Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook

·     Must be able to use Google Suite (including GMail, Calendar, Drive, etc.)

·     Must have strong leadership and organizational skills

·     Excellent writing and communication skills

·     Must be flexible and possess the ability to work under pressure

Working Relationships

·     Supervised by the Executive Director

·     Close collaborative relationship with the Deputy Director of Program & Operations

·     Works collaboratively with Community School Directors
