Executive Director

Oversee all aspects of Family Promise of Lubbock to ensure a high-performing organization that has the necessary resources to deliver on its mission. This position will maintain positive relations with partner entities, stakeholders, investors/donors, and media outlets. Simultaneously, however, the Executive Director will ensure the operational effectiveness of the organization and provide inspiration, leadership, and vision to staff, board members, volunteers, and guest families.
