Summary:  This position is responsible for managing and contributing to multiple facets of The Conflict Center’s fund development plan.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

• Coordination of individual donor fundraising plan, including ongoing communication with donors, in collaboration with Executive Director
• Plan and implement fundraising events in collaboration with other staff and volunteers, currently two annual events- In Your Element and Peace Day
• Create and maintain an annual calendar for grant deadlines, reports and special events
• Research and write corporate, foundation and government grants; maintain communication and relationships with funders
• Track grants and work with program staff to complete grant reports
• Maintain and update fund development files and reports
• Manage a rich social media content calendar
• In collaboration with Communication Manager, create and post shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and relevant content; including participant and donor interviews to leverage for fundraising
• Contribute to TCC marketing committee, in coordination with Communication Manager
• Maintain the donor and client database (Salesforce)
• Track donations and income that come through different platforms, including Colorado Gives, Paypal and Square 
• Provide accounting support and management; including invoicing and working with contract accountant and administrative volunteers

Qualifications 

Three plus years experience with fund development in the non-profit sector or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to reflect and improve their communication and conflict resolution skills 
• Collaboration as part of a team
• Ability to organize daily work, ongoing work, and project work
• Experience with outreach such as individual donors and foundation representatives

Experience with the following is a plus:

• Fluency in Spanish
• Salesforce
• Google Suite
• Generating and managing reports utilizing excel/google sheets and CRM software

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $48,000 – $58,000, based on qualifications

The Conflict Center’s current benefits package includes 100% employer paid health insurance; 401k retirement plan with employer match up to 3% of salary; generous paid vacation, sick, and holiday leave; paid volunteer time-off; and professional development budget. 

This position is currently hybrid-remote.
