Job Summary

The E-Commerce Warehouse and Inventory Specialist is responsible for coordinating daily e-commerce order fulfillment, including tracking the release of orders to designated area and monitoring/ensuring their fulfillment, handling requests from customer service team and all special routing, rushes and instructions. This role is also responsible for the inventory of shipping and packaging supplies, including monitoring, replenishment and warehousing.


Essential Functions:

Create daily shipping pick list and pull sold merchandise.

Pull Local Pickup items and move to designated area.

Data entry and tracking of items sold and shipped.

Distribute products to employees throughout the day and as needed

Clean, straighten and organize listed-merchandise shelves.

Pull unsold items and rotate relisted goods.

Meet the required daily productivity goals.

Reduce loss by doing research and monitoring inventory daily.

Process returns and refunds and return to inventory as needed.

Maintain organization, cleanliness, and security of the warehouse and surrounding areas.

Organize and facilitate local pick up operations for E-commerce items, including daily order picking.

Provide customer service and communication with internal and external customers in a timely manner.

Maintain department's online ratings of at least 98% positive.

Track non-paying online customers and send payment' reminders as needed.

Maintaining a daily tracking of listed items.

Follow all Loss Prevention guidelines and security measures.

Demonstrates safe work practices through awareness and observation in support of a safety culture; reports any potential hazards or accidents.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements

Education: High School or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of Ecommerce warehouse/inventory work experience.

Specific Skills/Knowledge/Licenses: Able to read, write, and speak English clearly and fluently.

Excellent computer and Internet skills, including rapid & accurate keyboarding. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Basic knowledge of inventory management software. Ability to provide good customer service with strong interpersonal and communication skills.


Essential Physical Abilities:

Lifting and carrying 35-50 pounds; Developed fine motor control (grasp, handle, manipulate objects with fingers;

Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, squatting, pushing; climbing ladders; standing for long periods of time;

Able to travel across a variety of surfaces (stairs, ramps, uneven terrain).

Working Conditions:
