Youth and Children’s Ministry Coordinator

She/he/they will create opportunities that minister to diverse families, meet the changing needs of church families that form our children, youth, and families in the teachings and principles of progressive Christianity. This person will thrive in being a sensational team builder, skilled leader, experience working with/motivating diverse groups, and most of all thrives working with children and families. This person will be skilled in connecting with the wider community and has experience engaging in ministry alongside (not to):Historically Underrepresented Groups (BIPOC, Latinx, LGBTQIA+ etc.). This person is supervised directly by the Pastor of Plymouth Congregational Church, United Church of Christ (The Rev. Dr. Eric C. Jackson [pronouns: he | him | his]).
