Description

The receptionist serves as NeighborWorks first impression of the organization and provides administrative services in support of all organizational activities. The receptionist performs a wide range of secretarial, administrative and clerical service is in support of the Executive Director and other directors in the organization.

The receptionist is primarily responsible for the following duties:

-Primary telephone contact for all incoming calls

-General administrative tasks in the office

-Supporting the Executive Director and other directors

The receptionist works with the following technology:

-Microsoft 365 & Sharepoint, Microsoft Office Applications primarily Word & Excel, Salesforce
