Reporting to the Hospital Responder Coordinator and Associate Director of Programs. the Hospital Responder will help the victim and their family at the hospital cope with their shock and their grief, while working with the greater S.O.S. team to identify and intervene with others in the neighborhood most likely to instigate retaliation. The overall goal is to keep the peace and prevent further shootings and deaths.
