Description

All In Together is hiring a Program Coordinator to work closely with the existing Program Coordinator and report to the Director of Programming to support the development and execution of large-scale AIT events and programs such as industry policy forums, advocacy workshops, and the Gretchen Carlson Leadership Initiative. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about AIT’s mission and excited to grow their career in a fast-growing, visible, respected non-profit.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with venues, partners, and speakers to build impactful events across the country
  • Assist in the research, development, and implementation of new program content
  • Create promotional materials, invitations, and digital content for AIT social channels
  • Provide administrative support on ongoing AIT programs and initiatives


Qualifications:

  • BA degree
  • Desired 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in politics, non-profit, or business
  • Impeccable organization skills and attention to detail; ability to operate on a timeline
  • Experience in event planning, management, and execution
  • Excellent writing skills; from marketing materials to letters and emails
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Passion for the mission and vision of AIT
