Under the direction of the Director of Private Sector Engagement, the Private Sector Engagement Associate supports the organization in developing and executing ECPAT-USA’s monitoring and evaluation for private sector engagement. The Private Sector Engagement Associate will also assist the Director in day-to-day operations related to private sector engagement. This position is part-time at 20 hours per week. This position is based in Brooklyn, NY with no option for remote employment. Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities: Monitoring & Evaluation: ● Analyze ECPAT-USA’s current private sector engagement, through quantitative research; ● Develop evaluation mechanism, including impact, process, and performance evaluations and stakeholder analysis; ● Write reports, letters, presentations, and other documents with recommendations; ● Communicate with private sector partners, ECPAT team, and other contacts outside the organization to gather and analyze information about commercial sexual exploitation of children; ● Disseminate evaluation and performance findings, recommendations and strategies to ECPAT-USA, private sector partners and key stakeholders. Departmental Support: ● Prepare material for conferences, hearings, seminars and trainings; ● Update social media; ● Write articles for website and newsletters; ● Work closely with companies in applying to sign The Code of Conduct; ● Track corporate social responsibility trends related to the tourism industry; ● Periodic research for new projects ● Other duties assigned
