Description

The Fairfield Museum seeks a dynamic manager to oversee all administrative and office functions, including record keeping, website management and administrative support to the development office and executive director. A full position description can be found at:

College degree required as well as experience managing a small business office. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Google Calendar, email and social media platforms is required. Experience with general accounting using Quickbooks, graphic design and website management is highly desirable. Experience with non-profit fundraising is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communications skills, as well as a good-humored, energetic, enthusiastic and team-focused attitude are essential.
