Program Coordinator, Scholarship Operations

Jack Kent Cooke Foundation has an opportunity for Program Coordinator, Scholarship Operations who will support all operational aspects of the Cooke Foundation scholarship programs. Primary responsibilities including serving as initial contact with the Foundation’s scholarship recipients and families, including, monitoring program specific email boxes and responding to telephone calls; assisting with formatting, editing, and disseminating online Scholar newsletters; implementing and monitoring all major tasks associated with scholarship program administration; and supporting internal application processes for the Summer Internship Stipend Program and Graduate Scholarship. Additional duties include accurately maintaining the programs’ databases, completing data entry, and compiling data into spreadsheets and reports; arranging travel and monitors logistics for major Scholar events and programs; and actively participating in and providing administrative and technical support during in-person and virtual summer events.

Candidates must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree with two years equivalent experience and a minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative office or scholarship administration support role, with substantial independent responsibility. All candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to antiracism, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previous experience with online surveys, online learning management systems (LMS), or database entry experience is preferred.
