As an integral part of CSE’s in-house marketing team, you will provide
marketing support for B2B and B2C clean energy and transportation programs,
including implementing and reporting on various tactics across paid, earned, shared
and owned channels.
Essential functions and responsibilities
Provides marketing project management for assigned CSE programs from
creative brief development through to quality control and delivery of final
deliverables
Assists with developing digital marketing strategies
Manages program-specific social media, including paid campaigns; develops
and refines campaign reports to help optimize paid social media campaigns
Manages program-specific digital advertising including SEM and
digital display ads.
Develops and refines website and campaign metrics reports
Promotes and coordinates webinars and post-webinar follow-up
communication
Coordinates the creation of marketing
collateral, including flyers, posters, guidebooks, etc. with our in-house
creative and copyediting teams
Creates, tests and optimizes emails based on performance metrics
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Required
Digital marketing experience, including: developing and executing
email marketing campaigns, coordinating digital advertising campaigns, creating
and implementing social media strategy and coordinating website content
development
Experience with Google suite of tools (Analytics, Data Studio, Tag
Manager, Ads)
Experience with an email marketing platform; familiarity with
email regulations and best practices
Excellent written (emphasis on
Associated Press writing style) and verbal communication skills
Team player with the ability to
collaborate cross-functionally to align internal and external stakeholders
High proficiency with Microsoft
Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred
Marketing, advertising, PR or communications agency experience
Experience with project management (Teamwork), marketing
automation (Marketo), and social media management (Hootsuite) software
Experience with SEO techniques
Experience working with disadvantaged communities and/or
hard-to-reach audiences
Education
Associate of Arts degree or equivalent work experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience
2 -3 years of related experience
