Leadership Philosophy
We are a team of enthusiastic, empowered, and capable professionals who love our work. You don’t have to think of yourself that way to be successful here, but we think if you like a challenge, and if you enjoy being prized, valued, and recognized for your contributions, and if you’re ok making a mistake because you know that it’s through mistake-making that we grow the fastest - then this could be your work home. We prioritize the employee experience because when you feel cared for, you’ll give your work everything you can. To thrive here, it’ll help if you’re very organized, able to see “now” and “later” both at the same time, and do it clearly. That way, you’ll have a better idea of what to pay attention to. But don’t worry; you’ll have a passionate, smart, and - most importantly - compassionate work family behind you.
