Description

The Associated: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore has an immediate opening for a full-time Administrative Assistant to support the Vice Presidents of Finance and Investments in their role supporting the donor-led committees overseeing the Associated’s finances. Duties to include scheduling, note taking, customer service and working as part of the team processing and distributing grants to hundreds of charities nationwide. 


Qualified candidates must have at least 2-4 years of experience working within a team in an office setting. Candidate must be extremely organized, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and possess the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Attention to detail and confidentiality is a must. Familiarity with Jewish culture, traditions and values or willingness to learn is a plus. All candidates must have strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite products.
