 Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

The Human Resource and Administrative Services Associate will report to the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration. The Associate will provide support for benefits administration, administrative aspects of recruitment activities, onboarding and coordinating trainings, collection of position announcements and performance reviews, general policy and procedure updates, invoicing, file management and special projects. Primary administrative services duties include facilities support, liaising with property management firm, perform routine inspections of building to ensure safety, reporting, primary contact for building service projects, security, contract collection, vendor payments and other duties as assigned.  

 This position is currently remote but will be 100% onsite when staff return to the office. 

 Experience Requirements:

  • Associates degree required with a minimum of two years full-time Human Resources and/or strong administration support. Bachelor’s degree preferred.   
  • Experience preferably in a higher education or nonprofit environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with confidential and sensitive issues with utmost discretion.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills with all levels of staff.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced office.
  • Proficiency with administrative tasks.
  • Ability to perform as a team player and be flexible.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, Intermediate Excel, HRIS, and reporting.
