Property Maintenance Technician (Full-time)

Community Enterprise Corporation (CEC), a supportive housing nonprofit agency that provides affordable housing to individual receiving mental health services, seeks for a qualified and reliable individual in the role of Property Maintenance Technician based in Clifton, NJ. This role will assist in maintaining and managing the properties in the assigned region. Working along side the Site Manager to ensure repairs and work orders are completed timely and up to code.

Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent and 1 year of relevant work experience is required. Valid NJ driver's license and able to clear our vehicle policy.  Must have skills to do basic plumbing, electric, carpentry and painting. Two or more years of experience working in a similar role is preferred. Must be able to work independently, be reliable and have basic computer skills.
