POSITION OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting SEO Career systems including the Blackboard LMS, Thrive TRM, and TimeTrade scheduling system learning management system for the Career team. The Business Analyst is focused on improving user experience, driving adaptation, and providing internal support. This is an outstanding experience as this role will engage directly with users at all levels from student participants to full/part-time team members to senior leaders. We work in a very multifaceted agile environment with constant change.

  • System Administration for the Blackboard LMS, ThriveTRM, and TimeTrade systems systems used across SEO Career
  • Provide recommendations to best utilize and optimize the functionality based on release notes/plans and in consultation with implementation teams
  • Assist with the maintenance of content within all systems based on feedback from the operations team and in consultation with support consultants
  • Onboard and enroll new users periodically
  • Troubleshoot issues for (internal and external) End Users and
  • Assist with initiatives involving these platforms and generate reports to meet the needs of the operations team
  • Contribute to the development of operations processes to streamline platforms and results reporting
  • Manage special projects and handle ad hoc administrative tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year institution
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with software or systems development methodologies (Experience using LMS and database applications)
  • Proficiency using Office 365 applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must possess programmatic experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail, strong organization skills, ability to juggle various projects simultaneously

  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence key partners
  • Successful track record of systems support and implementation
