Position Summary

The Operations Coordinator will work as part of a team within a business unit coordinating tasks related to one or more functional activities, such as operations support, procurement, meetings management, special events, training, volunteer programs, etc.

Desired Skills & Experience

The Nature Conservancy is seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator for our office in Ventura, California. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years related experience or equivalent combination. They will have experience overseeing general office operations while providing support to a variety of programmatic functions. The person in this role will be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize duties during times of high demand. In addition to experience working with remote supervision, the ability to act independently and make sound judgement will be key. Those with suitable backgrounds are encouraged to apply!
