Garden & Parks Assistant

KNCB is hiring two candidates to assist with landscaping and beautification in gardens and parks. Some of the tasks include:

• landscaping
• planting flowers and seeds
• mowing, weed-eating, and edging in parks (only required for one of the two positions)
• picking up litter, as needed
• assisting with educational and beautification events

The position is for 25-29 hours/week at a starting rate of $16.18/hour. Hours are typically during the day, Monday-Friday, but there will be some weekend/evening work occasionally as well (typically only a few days per month).

Preference will be given to applicants with experience driving a truck with attached trailer. (CDL not required.)

Position is within a municipal government setting. Must have a valid driver's license, be willing to submit to a background check, and be authorized to work in the United States.
