Stephen Gaynor School recently expanded to a two-building campus totaling nearly 80,000 square feet. The expansion has allowed the school to grow both academically and in the arts, reaching more children with learning differences.

We are currently seeking an experienced Full-Time Science Teacher to join our dynamic faculty.

About the Position - Science Teacher (Full-Time):

  • Qualified candidates will possess intellectual curiosity, strong communication skills, flexibility of teaching style, openness to others’ ideas, and a sense of humor.

Timing: Position to begin August 20, 2018

Level of Language Proficiency


  • Experience:
  • Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a scientific field or in education and experience teaching science.
  • It is essential that candidates have a philosophy based on student-centered instruction, and experience with learning differences and differentiation of instruction.

Salary: commensurate with experience.
