  • Secure cause marketing partnerships that create unrestricted revenue as well as support enterprise-wide brand initiatives
  • Develop and execute a brand and partnership management plan for products, services or offering
  • Set and manage budgets and maximize value for NWF and partners
  • Forge close relationships with strategic partners in appropriate product categories
  • Set product development plans, product positioning and key selling benefits in collaboration with licensees and partners
  • Monitor relevant marketplace dynamics and other key issues leading to recommendations for the licensing strategy

  • A demonstrable successful track record as a Licensing & Partnership executive with experience in initiating innovative and significant revenue producing deals
  • Demonstrated experience securing, negotiating and managing licensing deals across a wide variety of product categories
  • Established relationships and “street cred” across industries
  • An accomplished product strategy executive possessing strong understanding of brands, who balances creative marketing judgment/vision with analytical data as it relates to creating value-added merchandise against core market segments
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Important Success Factors:

  • A leader who can work independently as well as collaboratively with senior management, including the CEO
  • Business gravitas, outweighing functional focus
  • Strong management, able to bring out the best in staff to perform at high level
  • Proven outstanding verbal presentation acuity and written acumen
  • Board level presentation experience
  • Enthusiasm for conservation issues

Your actions are expected to reflect the staff values of the National Wildlife Federation: collaboration, mindfulness, empowerment, inclusivity, and mission focus.
