Finance and Office Assistant

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Working alongside the Finance and Office Manager in our Beirut Office, you will play a key part in supporting the operation of the office. This role will see you providing finance and administrative support which includes accounting, human resources administration, maintaining office supplies, scheduling facilities maintenance and handling IT and computer problems.
An experienced administrator, you will be an expert in dealing with the administrative functions of the Beirut office to ensure its smooth operation. You possess excellent skills in IT support, experience in facilities maintenance, and knowledge in processing purchase orders and financial transactions. You will also be confident in your ability to deal with multiple tasks and flexible in accepting ad hoc duties. Besides, you will be fluent in Arabic and English and comfortable in communicating to staff of all levels from different departments in our offices around the world.
