This includes offering a high level of customer service to our guests, many of whom are tourists from all around the world. GSRs use ACME Point of Sale (POS), a computerized ticketing and reservation system, for all transactions. This position will also work closely with the guest services supervisor, assisting with general office upkeep.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years’ cashiering and lead experience, be customer-service-oriented and possess strong communication skills. This role handles escalated customer complaints and requests in a professional, calm manner and sets the standard for best practices at the public entrance to the Aquarium.
