Position Title: Children’s Program Instructors (Summer 2018)

Term: 6–7 weeks, June–August 2018
Compensation: $15 per hour

For more than 100 years, Brooklyn Botanic Garden (BBG) has been a leader in providing local children and teens with hands-on gardening and science instruction. Summer teaching positions are available in a number of BBG’s hands-on gardening and science enrichment programs. Summer instructors gain valuable experience working with professional educators in a botanically rich and diverse 52-acre garden within the country’s largest metropolis. Schedule: Mandatory training: June 12–29; program: 6–7 weeks in July and August;
25–35 hours per week, depending on position
